About us...
Eastern Carolina Engineering, PC was founded in 1993 by Sean Robey. Back in those days it was called Robey Associates Engineering, and although the name has changed, our mission remains the same: providing a superior civil engineering product and experience to our clients, throughout the greater northeastern North Carolina area and beyond.
Briant Robey, our principal engineer, is licensed in both North Carolina and Colorado, and he brings a unique diversity of experience to the table for you. From movie theaters to municipal sewer improvements, rural single-family houses to urban mixed-use complexes, Mr. Robey has overseen all aspects of civil planning and design, from conceptual planning to design and approval to as-builts. His lifelong commitment to engineering and connections to the industry started in this very business.
